ALA is pleased to offer attendees a limited number of hotel rooms at a special rate. To take advantage of these rates, you must first register for the event. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a link to our online reservation tool to book your hotel room at one of four hotels:

Cutoff Date: Tuesday, April 27, 2027

* These rates apply to single/double room occupancy only. For rooms of 3 or more, a surcharge will apply. Please make your hotel reservations soon to secure this special rate as they have historically sold out prior to the cutoff. Reservations made after April 27, 2027 will be subject to room rate and availability.

BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED HOTEL SOLICITATIONS
Each year, we receive reports that other companies are posing as official vendors for conference hotel reservations. If you are contacted by other third-party companies offering hotel assistance or attempting to obtain your hotel reservation number, do not provide information. Please be aware they are not endorsed by our event and may attempt to cancel your reservation, then ask for credit card or other information to steal your identity. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and is not protected by event management.
